PLUNTO LLC

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 28, 2026
Last Updated: May 18, 2026
Service Area: Peoria, Goodyear, Surprise and surrounding areas

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Plunto LLC ("Plunto," "we," "our," or "us"). By checking a box acknowledging these Terms on a Plunto web form, approving or electronically signing a quote, enrolling in recurring service, authorizing card-on-file payments, or otherwise requesting or receiving services, you ("Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are incorporated by reference into all quotes, invoices, service plans, portal enrollments, and related communications.

1. Services Provided

Plunto provides recurring residential pet waste removal and related outdoor yard sanitation services. Services include removal of visible pet waste from accessible outdoor areas of the Customer’s property at the time of visit. Outdoor environments are not sterile environments, and Plunto does not guarantee that the yard will remain clean after service. Plunto may perform Services using employees or independent contractors at its discretion.

2. Service Area Limitations

Unless governed by a separate written HOA or commercial agreement, services are limited to accessible outdoor areas of the front yard and/or back yard. Services do not include interior spaces, inside planters, HOA common areas, inaccessible areas, or areas that are unsafe or obstructed.

3. Scheduling and Operational Discretion

Service dates and arrival windows are determined by Plunto based on route efficiency and operational needs. Specific arrival times are not guaranteed. Plunto may adjust or reschedule service days due to weather, safety concerns, holidays, access issues, equipment issues, or other operational necessity. Reasonable scheduling adjustments shall not constitute breach of these Terms.

4. Maintenance-Ready Condition and Initial Cleanup

Recurring pricing assumes the yard is in maintenance-ready condition consistent with the selected service frequency. If accumulated waste materially exceeds that condition, an initial cleanup fee of up to $149 may apply. If projected cleanup exceeds $149, Plunto will pause service and contact Customer before proceeding.

5. Waste Disposal

Collected waste will be double-bagged and placed in the Customer’s on-site trash receptacle unless Customer elects offsite removal. Offsite removal is available for an additional $7 per visit.

6. Sanitation Treatments

When selected or requested, Plunto may apply a chlorine-based sanitation product approved for use in animal-care environments. Treated areas are safe for reentry, including while wet. Outdoor sanitation does not guarantee complete odor elimination and may not remove staining or residue from porous surfaces.

7. Surface Conditions and Landscaping Limitations

Small rocks or gravel may adhere to waste during removal. Plunto does not manually separate rocks from waste, and minor incidental rock displacement may occur. Loose stool or diarrhea may not be fully removable from porous or gravel surfaces.

8. Assumption of Risk and Property Conditions

Customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with outdoor yard conditions and the performance of Services. Customer is responsible for maintaining the property in a reasonably safe condition and assumes the risk of uneven terrain, irrigation components, low-voltage lighting, sharp debris, insects, wildlife, concealed hazards, and other property conditions. Plunto is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from concealed or improperly installed features.

Customer must notify Plunto in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of discovery of any alleged property damage arising from Services and must provide Plunto a reasonable opportunity to inspect the property before any repair or remediation is performed. Failure to provide timely notice and inspection opportunity may limit or waive Customer’s claim to the extent permitted by law.

9. Access and No-Access Fee

Customer must provide safe and unobstructed access to service areas. If access is unavailable at the time of service, a $10 no-access fee may apply. If access is unavailable and Customer does not provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice, the no-access fee may apply. Plunto does not install locks and may use temporary zip ties when reasonably necessary.

10. Animal Presence; Equipment Safety; Chemical Interaction

Customer remains solely responsible for the control and behavior of all animals on the property during Services. Pets may remain outside during routine waste removal services; however, Customer assumes all risks associated with animal presence.

For services involving mechanical equipment, including but not limited to artificial turf cleaning, pets must be secured and removed from the service area prior to commencement of work. Plunto reserves the right to delay or refuse such services if animals are not properly secured.

Customer acknowledges that sanitation treatments may involve application of cleaning or deodorizing products approved for use in animal-care environments. While such products are considered safe for routine exposure, pets may come into contact with treated areas, including while surfaces are wet. Plunto is not responsible for normal incidental exposure, including but not limited to wet fur, matting, mild skin sensitivity, or behavioral interaction with treated surfaces, except to the extent caused by Plunto’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plunto LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees arising from animal aggression, escape, or interaction with service equipment or treated surfaces, except to the extent caused by Plunto’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Activity-Based Pricing

Pricing is activity-based and determined by yard condition and service frequency. Plunto reserves the right to adjust pricing if activity levels materially change.

12. Recurring Billing Authorization

By enrolling in recurring service, Customer authorizes Plunto LLC to charge the payment method on file every twenty-eight (28) days until canceled. Billing recurs automatically on a 28-day cycle and all billing times are based on Arizona time.

13. Cancellation

Customer may cancel at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the designated customer portal. Cancellation becomes effective upon portal submission. To prevent the next recurring charge, cancellation must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Arizona time on the calendar day preceding the scheduled billing date.

14. Mid-Cycle Cancellation and Refunds

Recurring services are billed in advance. If cancellation occurs during an active billing cycle, completed visits will be repriced at the then-current standard single-visit rate and any recurring discounts may be removed. Any remaining balance will be refunded within five to ten business days.

15. Documentation

Plunto may take before-and-after photos for quality control, documentation of property condition, documentation of service completion, dispute resolution, training, billing verification, and operational recordkeeping. Marketing use of identifiable property requires separate written consent.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Plunto’s total cumulative liability arising from or related to a specific service visit shall not exceed the amount paid for that service visit. Customer acknowledges that the pricing for Services reflects the allocation of risk set forth in these Terms, including the limitations of liability described herein.

Plunto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing herein limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

17. Force Majeure

Plunto shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control.

18. Modification of Terms

Plunto may update these Terms prospectively. Updated Terms posted on plunto.life/terms become effective upon posting and apply to Services performed after the effective date. Continued use of Plunto services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona.
