Fresh is available weekly or twice weekly in Peoria. For yards that need an even fresher schedule, additional weekly service may be available based on your property and current route coverage. Contact us and we’ll see what fits.
No. As long as we have safe access to the yard and your dogs are comfortable with us being there, you don’t need to be home for your Fresh visits. We’ll secure the gate and send a service report when the visit is complete.
If your dog needs a little more time getting comfortable with someone new, we can also schedule a meet and greet before your first visit.
We start by assessing and documenting your property, then begin the initial cleanup. Up to one hour of cleanup is included when starting a Fresh plan.
If the yard clearly needs more than an hour, we’ll contact you before going further. You can have us work for the included hour and continue the cleanup in up to 30-minute blocks on future visits, or choose to have us continue that day in additional 15-minute increments.
If you already know the yard needs some extra attention, just let us know when you start Fresh. We’ll ask how you’d prefer us to handle any cleanup beyond the included hour.
We double-bag the waste collected during your Fresh visit and place it in an accessible outdoor trash bin at your property.
Prefer not to keep it around? Off-site waste removal is available as an add-on, and we’ll take the collected waste with us when we leave.
No long-term contracts. Fresh is a recurring service billed every 28 days, with visits scheduled on Plunto’s local service routes.
If you cancel after your first 28-day plan, we’ll refund the unused portion of your current plan. Your first plan is non-refundable because it includes up to one hour of initial cleanup at no additional charge.
If your dogs stay home, Fresh continues as usual. If all of your dogs will be away for 7 days or longer, let us know and Vacation Freshness may apply.
After the last cleanup before you leave, we’ll suspend unnecessary scooping visits while the yard isn’t being used. Before you return, we’ll provide a deodorizer treatment at no additional charge, then your normal Fresh visits resume.
Your regular 28-day billing continues during Vacation Freshness, and extended absences are handled separately.
