Plunto Fresh provides weekly or twice-weekly pet waste removal on a recurring schedule. Choose the service frequency that fits your yard, and we handle the scooping, secure your gate, and send a service report after every visit.
Your first visit starts with a property inspection so we can understand the yard before service begins. If we expect the initial cleanup to take 60 minutes or less, we’ll get started right away.
If the yard is likely to need more than an hour, we’ll contact you first. You can either have us clean for the included hour and continue for up to 30 minutes on future visits until the yard is caught up, or approve additional same-day cleaning in 15-minute increments.
Fresh+ includes everything in your regular Fresh service, plus additional recurring deodorizer treatment and priority rescheduling. It’s a simple upgrade for homes that want a little more freshness and flexibility built into their routine.
Fresh and Fresh+ include double-bagging the collected waste and placing it in your outdoor trash bin when accessible.
If your bin isn’t available, we’ll leave the waste securely bagged inside your gate.

No. Most customers aren’t home during service. As long as we have safe access to the yard, we’ll complete the visit, secure your gate, and send your service report when we’re finished.
If your gate is locked and we can’t safely access the yard, we’ll let you know right away. Once we have access again, we’ll get your service back on schedule as route availability allows.

Friendly dogs are welcome to stay outside if they can safely give us room to work. If your dog is nervous, protective, or likely to interfere, please bring them inside or securely separate them before service.
